Oh yes, it’s a girl!!! all this time we thought we’re going to have a baby boy and even made a name for him. When i got my bloody show last July 23rd at 6.30am, Nestle and I immediately went to the hospital. I am already having minor contractions and back pain, however, I can still manage whatever I am feeling. At 9am the doctor told me that I am 3cm open and needs to wait for an hour before they infuse me. The interval of the contraction became shorter and the pain grew stronger. I feel sleepy but can’t sleep…I am way too scared to close my eyes, that something wrong might happen so I have to stay awake all the time. 1pm came, the doctor checked me in my room and told me that I need to go to the delivery room to prepare for the big moment. She has told me that if I agree, she can rupture my cervix and make the delivery faster, and I answered yes! after that, the pain became unbearable, I am already pushing the baby out without even advising the doctor. At 3.20 pm after a loud shout, the baby came out – FINALLY!!! I started to calm myself down after being so demanding to all the nurses attending me. I then asked my doc if it’s a boy, she answered “it’s a girl”. A lovely baby girl indeed! I didn’t care about the sex anymore…all I am after is that she’ll be Ok and that I will will be fine as well.
I made it to the finish line and I am very grateful to God that He stayed beside me all throughout the journey. Kyle Aiken will have her own domain very soon…to see her progress, visit: http://kyleaiken.com
