diet diet :P

you read it right – I’M ON DIET!!!

i am on my 2nd day now drinking super natural 26 slimming coffee which i think is effective. i only have to drink it 1x a day, 30 mins before breakfast and wallaaah i won’t feel hungry the whole day. it suppresses the feeling of being hungry so when it’s eating time you won’t be so eager to eat. but of course, i don’t want to get sick while on diet so i still eat on time and on a regular basis but with lesser intake of food. a few spoonful’s enough for me unlike before where i love pigging out (takaw) :P

side effect? hmmm, i don’t really notice any side effect (yet) as i am only on my 2nd day, but what i have observed is that i need to hydrate myself more often as my throat feels dry all the time. while i was teaching earlier i couldn’t help coughing to ease the dryness, i just hope my body will be used to the coffee so i won’t feel anything nah!

taste? it’s like coffee mixed with 1 liter of water eventhough you’re just drinking half a cup. it’s so diluted but too effective for the 10g you intake.

i browsed the internet about the slimming coffee and it says that you need to drink it continuously for 26 days to see the difference. i forgot to weigh myself yesterday and i am still lazy to go upstairs to get the scale so from 53 kilos (maybe, i am not sure :P ) i wanna lose some more 3-5 kilos ;) jayson used this first for a month with broken schedule of intake and he lost 4lbs, great di ba!

i am not really fat, i just wanna lose the flabbiness of my tummy as it does not look good when you’re all dressed up and there your tummy is – saluting all your dear friends and saying ‘hi’ because it’s more prominent than your face.

i will definetely post the result after my 26th day :D
