My Way of Pampering Myself
When the going gets tough and I am nailed in deep thinking, these are the ways I pamper myself to release all the stresses I am having.
1. Facial Massage
This is proven effective to calm you when the world is drilling you to many problems. A 90-minute session to my regular Vietnamese salon surely helps a lot to maintain the peace in me.
2. Hershey’s Nuggets
Chocolates are aphrodisiac as what they said, but for me, it’s my saviour when my blood pressure had gone up! Thanks to Daddy Nestle for spoiling me with all the chocolates I wanna eat
3.Β Snow Yogurt
Strawberry flavoured yogurt is one of the best companions in times of stress. I eat this once in a while not only because it’s healthy and delicious but I feel relax after devouring a cup of it.
School’s gonna start real soon and I felt that I didn’t have a vacation at all. I don’t wanna elaborate why I’m feeling this way because no one will be able to help me ease the stress except I help myself. I am a strong person based from my friends but I think I’m just normal. Just like the others who get angry and stressed when things aren’t smooth anymore. I am thankful that despite of the sadnessΒ I feel, I have my loving family and husband to support me.
