Pushcart classes of Efren Penaflorida

Poverty is always the reason why parents can’t send their children to school leaving the kids uneducated and deprived of what they should be enjoying in their early life. This seemed to be an eye opener to one of my kababayan in Cavite City, Philippines. Efren Penaflorida is a proud Caviteno who uses pushcart to reach out the poor children who cannot afford to attend proper schooling. In the pushcart you’ll find books and other materials he uses in teaching. He even feeds the children so they will feel energized while listening. Total Solar Eclipse

July 22, 2009 – The longest total solar eclipse will happen and I am watching it now It’s exactly 9am here in Cavite City and the sun is already covered by 1/8 of the moon’s surface. There’s an eagle hovering above the sky which is caught by our camera. I guess the eagle’s wondering why it’s getting dark when it’s supposed to be sunny.
