diet diet :P

you read it right – I’M ON DIET!!! i am on my 2nd day now drinking super natural 26 slimming coffee which i think is effective. i only have to drink it 1x a day, 30 mins before breakfast and wallaaah i won’t feel hungry the whole day. it suppresses the feeling of being hungry so when it’s eating time you won’t be so eager to eat. but of course, i don’t want to get sick while on diet so i still eat on time and on a regular basis but with lesser intake of food. a few spoonful’s enough for me unlike before where i love pigging out (takaw) side effect? hmmm, i don’t really notice any side effect (yet) as i am only on my 2nd day, but what i have observed is that i need to hydrate myself more often as my throat feels dry...
